PRODUCER DIRECTOR WRITER
Kevin has been in the production business for 15 years. He started his career in New York and LA, where he began writing scripts as well as working with several different marketing & production companies in various positions. He gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working on several productions.
Kevin began networking with other talented professionals in his field and ultimately decided to start his own business. He knew that his home state of North Carolina was an extremely viable location for his company. Kevin’s goal was to use his experience and skill along with that of his colleagues to operate a turnkey production company focusing on quality work. K2Productions was born and they quickly started writing, producing, directing and editing short films, docs, commercial spots, TV shows, pod cast, promotional, training, and music videos.
Kevin has Directed and/or Produced projects for the following clients: Shell Oil, Dell, Wal-Mart, Adobe Systems, Intel, Sony, Microsoft, hp, Rimmel London, US Concepts, Greensboro College, North Carolina School of the Arts, Lee Jeans, Energy X Productions, Delta, American Standard, Center for Creative Leadership, North State Communications, Virgin, David’s Bridal,News & Record, Springer and PMI. He wrote, directed, and produced the film “Late Fee” and reality show that is currently in production “American DJ”. He is also Producing/Directing a Children’s show entitled “Nature Troopers” that will go into production this fall.

Brett is a remarkable, well-rounded professional with 9 years of experience. His work ethic is impeccable and he manages several positions on all of K2’s projects. Since he is well versed in all aspects of production every project he works on is extremely creative and uniform. He is excellent at taking a client’s visions and goals for a project and delivering a polished product.

Michael is a production guru with a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of filmmaking. He has 11 years of experience and has worked as a freelance video journalist for 5 years with the Greensboro News & Record and Our State Magazine. He knows how to operate almost every piece of production gear and editing software. He continually educates himself through courses and on the job training. He is a vital asset to the K2 Crew.

Michael handles many production jobs solo, from start to finish because he is well versed in all aspects of production and specializes in sound. He has worked on the following K2 productions with multiple roles: Center for Creative Leadership, Van Theil & Co, Miracle Tech, Levis, Target and Volvo Trucks. He also ran sound and filmed the Television Pilot episodes of “American DJ” & “Nature Troopers”
DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY Robert is a seasoned vet with over 20 years experience behind the camera shooting action, adventure, wildlife, sports, and documentaries. He has traveled the world filming amazing footage for National Geography, Discovery Channel, HBO, Fox, ESPN, CBS, and CNN.
Robert's experience and insight is a major asset to the K2 team. His expertise provides flawless work on all of our projects.
DIRECTOR OF PHOTGRAPHY/ CHIEF LIGHTING TECH German is a truly gifted cinematographer and his lighting designs are like works of art. He was trained by the best at NCSA School of Filmmaking and even before he graduated began working with K2.
German has been DP and/or Chief Lighting Tech on the majority of K2’s productions and has worked on several films such as Leatherheads, Home of the Giants, Talladega Nights, Ultimate Gift, Nuestro Barrio, Junebug, Gravedancers, and many other projects. German won best cinematography at the Tribeca Film Festival for "Letter to My Unborn". His attention to detail and beautiful lighting ability shine in all his work.
SENIOR EDITOR Dalton has been editing for over a decade and is well known and respected in the Carolinas as one of the top Editors in the area. Dalton runs 223Post, K2’s Post House and collaborative partner on several projects. Their recent partnership with Pace Communications awarded K2 and 223Post all program editing of in-flight entertainment for Delta, Virgin, & Northwest Airlines. This major achievement has created remarkable opportunities for K2 & 223 post, not to mention the incredible equipment upgrade.
Dalton’s persistence, talent and positive approach show through in his work and client relationships, which is a key benefit to all of our productions.
ACTION SPORTS Will Stroud is action sports! He has been producing, directing, filming, and editing action sports for over a decade. That is an amazing feat for such a young professional. The top action sports athletes including Dave Mira, Shawn White, and Matt Hoffman continually request Will for their projects. He has worked with Target, Red Bull, Levis, Axis Media, System Cycles, Mountain Dew, Boost Mobile, Fox Sports, Fuel TV, ESPN 2, DK Bikes, Props Visual, Right Guard Extreme Sports, Airwalk, DC Shoes, Hoffman Bikes, and more.
Will has been collaborating with K2 since the start and is a key player in many of K2’s projects filling multiple roles and always producing astounding work.
GRAPHICS WEB A graduate of UNC-Greensboro's Design Program, Keith spent his next few years working as an assistant at Fabio Camara Studios. Keith brings a fine art discipline to his design and photography. Keith does some of everything, including graphic design, motion graphics, illustration, and photography with an emphasis on quality post- and pre-production. Keith has worked on projects for Adobe Systems , International Latin music star Juanes, National Lampoon's The Trouble with Frank, Pepsi Cola, and Fenton Communications. Keith recently won the "Best Special Effects" award in Greensboro's 48 hr film festival. You can see more of Keith's work here.
GRAPHIC DESIGN Maranda is an amazing graphic design artist who creates brilliant work from concept to creation. Her fresh & innovative creativity have played key roles in many of K2’s projects.
